Tomas grew up on the other side of the pasture from his wife Kristen. Growing up in the small country town of Brenham with only a handful of neighbors meant coming up with creative things to keep himself busy. With a love for music, Tomas started a jazz combo with his high school buddies at 15 years old, opened his first recording studio at 19, and did his own promoting from day one. While attending Texas State University, Tomas continued his entrepreneurial spirit by starting a marketing company that provided small business owners with services such as web design, video production, graphic design, and marketing promotions.

In 2013, he convinced Kristen to add their first buyer’s agent, and from there, the show never stopped. The real estate market started picking up, and by 2013, Kristen was ranked in the Top 50 of all San Antonio Realtors. Just a few short years later, Team Kristen Schramme is now ranked in the Top 5 Real Estate Teams in San Antonio. With over 12,000 licensed Realtors in the city together Kristen, Tomas, and their wonderful team work hard to put you and your family first in the buying and selling process.

Hello, my name is Kristen Schramme and I am a mother, big sister and team leader of Team Kristen Schramme. I started my real estate career back in 2006 and soon joined the most powerful real estate brokerage firm in the nation, Keller Williams Legacy. After paying my dues working for other teams I advanced my knowledge through BOLD real estate classes and began building up my own personal client base.

In 2009 I fought through the great recession working hard while other Realtors vanished. Times were tough through 2011 but I continued to never give up and in 2012 I was headed for the top at the Keller Williams Legacy office in San Antonio producing $8.6 million dollars in total sales. In 2013 I was awarded the top producing agent award in my office eclipsing $10.9 million in total sales ranking me in the top 50 of all 7500 San Antonio Realtors. In 2014 I began building a strong team of Realtors to help assist my network of home buyers and in 2015 our team was awarded the top producing 2014 team award in our Keller Williams Legacy office grossing over $18 million in total sales and $30.2 million in team sales for 2015. In 2016 our team closed 182 homes and $43.7 million dollars in production, in 2017 we reached a new record with 208 closed homes and $58.8 million dollars in production and then in 2018 we closed 281 homes totalling $79.1 million dollars in production sales. 2019 was another record year where we closed 317 homes for a total of $103.7 million in sales.
I’m a University of Texas-Austin Corporate Communication graduate and love Longhorn and Cowboys football, working out, and spending time with friends and family. Being involved in my community is very important to me and I’m a member and volunteer of Community Bible Church. My husband and I have five children that are active in church, choir, athletic leagues, and youth groups. We love helping our children grow in their faith and attend church regularly at Community Bible Church in San Antonio.
