Martha Rosas is a bilingual real estate Broker that specializes in residential property sales and divorce-related real estate matters. As a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™), certified through The Ilumni Institute, Martha works with attorneys and divorcing homeowners to navigate the complexities of real property during divorce. She provides objective, market-supported opinions of value and strategic guidance designed to help clients and their legal counsel make informed decisions in both high-conflict and amicable situations.
A listing specialist since 2019, Martha is an integral member of Keller Williams Legacy’s Top 1 Team in San Antonio, where she serves as a listing specialist and advisor. Her background also includes corporate relocation, for which she was recognized as a Top Relocation Agent in 2020. Known for her strong ethics, disciplined approach, and commitment to her clients, Martha combines market knowledge, negotiation expertise, and a thoughtful understanding of the personal challenges that can accompany a property sale. Outside of real estate, Martha is an animal lover and enjoys this new chapter of life as an empty nester with her husband. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, a source of great pride and joy.
